Responsibilities

• Supports patients with activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Takes vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feeds and ambulates patients per procedures.
• Keeps patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Observes changes and reports to team.
• Orients patients and explains safety measures.
• Performs clerical tasks and maintains records.
• Manages stock and inventory of supplies.
• Performs Nurse Aide I tasks per state scope.
• Administers 12-lead EKG and routine venipuncture under training.
