Advocate Health is hiring a Nurse Aide/Healthcare Technician in Mount Holly, North Carolina, to support nursing staff in a rehabilitation unit. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with the ability to provide patient care under RN supervision and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, hygiene, and basic clerical tasks, as well as venipuncture and ECG testing as trained. BLS and a Nurse Aide credential are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current listing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing Nurse Aide I/II registry or DFS Nurse Aide Registry.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Supports patients with activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal hygiene.
• Takes vital signs and measurements.
• Feeds and ambulates patients as directed.
• Maintains patient rooms in clean, orderly condition.
• Observes and reports changes in condition.
• Instructs patients and families on safety measures.
• Assists with clerical tasks and data entry.
• Manages stock supplies.
• Performs Nurse Aide I/II tasks per NC rules.
• Performs venipuncture and ECG testing as trained.
