Responsibilities

• Make pasta/mozzarella products following recipes and standards.
• Pack products and weigh for freezer or refrigerator sales.
• Quality control for packaging and production operations.
• Conscientious handling of inventory to avoid damage.
• Maintain a neat, clean workspace and operate department equipment.
• Complete daily production batch records.
• Other duties as assigned.
