Job summary

Peak Thermo King is seeking a Part-Time Parts and Service Advisor in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role involves maintaining parts department processes, handling customer interactions, and coordinating with shop technicians to ensure timely parts for repairs.

You will use proprietary software to manage inventory, answer inquiries, finalize sales, and process orders from phone, walk-in, and online requests. A background check and pre-employment drug screen are required, with 2–3 years’ experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain established parts department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use proprietary software to lookup, manage and sell parts inventory.
• Interact with customers by answering phones, questions, and finalizing sales.
• Fulfill all phone, walk-in, and online customer requests for parts and service.
• Interact with shop technicians providing parts for repairs.
• Oversee work orders from creation to close and invoicing.
• Place orders with suppliers and maintain shipping/receiving.
• Complete and file all parts department paperwork.
• Provide updates to customers on parts ordering and wait times.
• Communicate with customers to ensure ongoing department efficiencies.
