Marcone Supply in El Paso, TX is seeking a Part-Time Counter Sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service in-person, by phone, and through digital channels. You will support branch operations with order fulfillment, merchandising, and will-call assistance.

Scheduled for 20–30 hours per week, with shifts based on business needs. The role requires at least 3 years of customer service experience and proficiency in MS Office. Medical benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Experience with office equipment and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Manage pricing, product availability, and order status.
• Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and fulfill orders accurately.
• Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Complete training and apply knowledge to branch operations.
• Perform general warehouse duties and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Use company systems for data entry, messaging, and queue updates.
• Communicate task status with management throughout the day.
