Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Understanding of recovery is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in the addiction and recovery field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to guests during housekeeping and daily activities.
• Support new guests following intake protocols.
• Supervise guests during off-property events and activities.
• Maintain detailed notes and complete appropriate reports.
