Responsibilities

• Performs general building maintenance and repair.
• Assists with construction projects.
• Cleans interiors (floors, windows, walls, bathrooms, kitchens).
• Handles seasonal work (snow removal, salting).
• Completes landscaping activities (mowing, planting, edging).
• Sets up and tears down for programs and events.
• Removes garbage and disposes of properly.
• Maintains tools and equipment; inspects furnishings and landscaping.
• Identifies and reports or repairs hazards.
• Secures location before leaving (lights, alarms, locks).
