Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a part-time Parking Garage Ambassador for The Collective on 4th. You will greet guests, guide parking, educate on policies, and help manage traffic and safety across outdoor facilities. Flexible shifts range from 7:00AM to 4:00PM, with 22–30 hours weekly and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

The role emphasizes guest service, observation, and reporting, with no enforcement duties. Requires 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, background check, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Background check required per policy and law.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist guests with parking questions, directions, and vehicle location.
• Educate guests on parking policies and pay machine usage.
• Escalate guest concerns to the Shift Lead or Operations Manager.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to ensure safe flow.
• Perform regular rounds and report safety hazards or incidents.
