Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking an Overnight Safety Parking Ambassador to help guests, ensure safety, and support operations at The Collective on 4th. This part-time role covers the overnight shift 10:30PM–7:00AM with 22–30 hours per week.

You will greet guests, assist with parking, report hazards, monitor traffic, and document incidents; you will not perform enforcement. Must be 18+, able to pass background check, and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Background check required.
• Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with parking questions, directions, and locating their vehicles.
• Educate guests on parking policies and assist with pay machine operation.
• Escalate guest concerns to Shift Lead or Operations Manager.
• Direct traffic to promote safe and efficient flow.
• Perform vehicle counts to ensure capacity is not exceeded.
• Conduct regular rounds of parking facilities and report hazards or issues.
• Complete basic incident reports for damages or safety concerns.
• Monitor and maintain facility conditions and basic upkeep of equipment.
