Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a part-time Parking Garage Ambassador at The Collective on 4th to greet and assist guests, manage parking flow, and help maintain safety and operations. The role emphasizes service, observation, and client communication in a busy outdoor setting.

Shifts run 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with 22–30 hours per week and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. The position does not involve enforcement and requires reliable, professional conduct and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must pass a background check per policy and laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E‑Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous, professional manner.
• Assist guests with parking questions, directions, and locating vehicles.
• Educate guests on parking policies and assist with pay machine operation.
• Communicate clearly with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.
• Escalate concerns to Shift Lead or Operations Manager.
