Responsibilities

• Collect rents and additional charges and deposit on collection day.
• Follow up on late or delinquent rents and issue notices as needed.
• Enforce terms of rental agreements and facility rules to ensure tenant compliance.
• Supervise placement and setup of RVs and manufactured homes.
• Prepare and maintain tenant files and records; screen applicants.
