Aufgaben

• Represents the Terri Pines and CPRST brand while greeting visitors and members.
• Help maintain a professional environment that conforms to Terri Pines policies as related to safety and cleanliness.
• Maintains safety/maintenance standards to keep in line with Terri Pines and CPRST procedures.
• Performs general custodial duties in all areas of the facility (restrooms, locker rooms, common areas, offices, pro shop, pool house, dining areas).
• Includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, trash removal, wiping surfaces, cleaning toilets/sinks, and general upkeep.
• Work may involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, or stooping; lifting of light/heavy objects; ladders; dexterous tools.
• Assists with maintaining cleaning supplies inventory.
• Assists in overseeing rental set-up and breakdown of events including cleaning between events.
• Exhibits a friendly professional demeanor and serves members and visitors.
• Attends all required meetings.
• Maintains professional relationships per core values and customer service standards.
• Hours may include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exhibits professionalism and integrity; proficient in written/oral communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
