Kids for the Future seeks a Communications Associate to support daily parish communications, marketing efforts, and events. The role emphasizes strong writing, editing, and project coordination with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Hours are flexible up to 20 per week, with work in the Parish Office or remotely as approved. Occasional evenings/weekends may be required for major parish events. Collaboration with clergy and staff is essential.

Qualifikationen

• College degree preferred in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, graphic design, or related field.
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in communications, marketing, social media, graphic design, or related field preferred.
• Practicing Roman Catholic preferred; demonstrated familiarity with Catholic teachings.

Aufgaben

• Develop, edit, and distribute communications for Parish events, programs, ministries, and activities.
• Coordinate the weekly Parish Sunday Bulletin submission and proofreading.
• Maintain and update Parish website and digital platforms.
• Create and schedule content for Parish social media channels.
• Prepare and distribute Flocknote emails and text messages.
