American Medical Response is seeking a Part-Time Paramedic in Billings, MT, to deliver advanced patient care and lead teams on scene. The role requires responding to 911 calls, operating defibrillators, monitors, and IV therapies, and communicating effectively with patients and families.

Applicants must complete a two-week orientation, hold a State Paramedic License and a valid Driver’s License, and have BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic credentials. This position is on-site and part-time.

Qualificações

• Two-week orientation, Monday–Friday, 0800–1600, must be completed.
• State Paramedic License is required.
• State Driver’s License is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess each call to determine the best course of action with Paramedic protocols.
• Provide advanced medical care using equipment like defibrillators, monitors, oxygen, and IVs.
• Communicate with patients and families to convey care information and reassurance.
• Serve as Paramedic team lead and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to support AMR image and relations.
