Excelsior Ambulance Service Inc. is seeking a Part Time Paramedic in Sylvania, GA to provide emergency medical care under the direction of the Division Manager.

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, advanced life support, documentation, patient communication, scene leadership, ambulance operation, and teamwork with health and safety personnel. The role requires a Paramedic license, high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and relevant certifications (BLS, PALS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• State Paramedic License required.
• State Driver’s License required.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic (SC & AL) preferred.
• Driving record must comply with company policy.

Responsabilités

• Assess each call to determine the best course of action with progressive Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment to provide advanced medical care.
• Document patient information, condition and treatment with confidentiality.
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance of care.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on emergency responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
