Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and two years of professional legal experience, or an associate degree with six years of experience.
• Experience with legal software and ethical use of technology in legal practice.
• Ability to teach and support diverse student populations in a community college setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach Legal Technology — instruction on legal office hardware, software, and specialized applications.
• Develop Course Materials — lectures, assignments, assessments, and hands-on exercises aligned with outcomes.
• Provide Practical Training — guide students using Microsoft Office and legal software tools.
• Teach Ethical Use of Technology — address confidentiality, data protection, and professional responsibility.
• Support Student Success — offer academic support, maintain office hours, give feedback.
• Collaborate with Program Faculty — participate in meetings, curriculum development, and assessment.
