The role emphasizes attention to detail, following established guidelines, and collaborating with a team to support residents’ comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
• Conscientious with great attention to details.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in residents' lives by providing care and compassion.
• Coordinate and complete painting projects, including mixing, matching, and applying paint.
• Perform inspections on paint quality, cleanups, storage and disposal of paint products.
