Job summary

American Senior Communities in Lafayette, Indiana, is seeking a Maintenance Painter to perform painting projects across our senior living campuses. You will prepare surfaces, apply coats, and ensure safety and quality in every job.

Responsibilities include coordinating painting tasks, inspecting finish quality, and properly disposing of materials. We value attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?

  • Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion.
  • Coordinate and complete both large and small painting projects to include mixing, matching and applying paint
  • Perform inspections on paint quality, clean ups, storage and proper disposal of paint products.

Requirements

  • Prior commercial and/or construction painting techniques
  • Conscientious with great attention to details
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
