Job summary

American Senior Communities in Lafayette, IN is seeking a part-time painting assistant to maintain and refresh interiors across our senior living campuses. You will coordinate and complete painting projects, mix and match paints, and ensure quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, following established guidelines, and collaborating with a team to support residents’ comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
• Conscientious with great attention to details.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in residents' lives by providing care and compassion.
• Coordinate and complete painting projects, including mixing, matching, and applying paint.
• Perform inspections on paint quality, cleanups, storage and disposal of paint products.
