Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a part-time Painter to join our on-site team at Aster Place in Lafayette, IN. The role involves coordinating painting projects, mixing and applying paint, and inspecting paint quality with attention to safety and cleanup.

You will contribute to maintaining high standards across our senior living community. Ideal candidates have prior commercial or construction painting experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

  • Prior commercial or construction painting experience.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform painting inspections and quality checks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete painting projects including mixing, matching and applying paint.
  • Perform inspections on paint quality, cleanups, storage and disposal of paint products.

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?



  • Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion.

  • Coordinate and complete both large and small painting projects to include mixing, matching and applying paint

  • Perform inspections on paint quality, clean ups, storage and proper disposal of paint products.


Requirements



  • Prior commercial and/or construction painting techniques

  • Conscientious with great attention to details

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
