Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a part-time Store Associate for Store #2556 in Denver, NC (7413 Advance Avenue). You will help customers find products, answer questions, and complete sales while maintaining store standards.

You’ll assist with inventory, tinting and mixing, and support deliveries as needed. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, a valid license, and availability to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs on occasion and 50 lbs frequently
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Store location: Store #2556, Denver, NC 28037

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate Sherwin-Williams products and services
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies
• Meet and strive toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain organized work orders and keep product shelves stocked
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications
• Keep shelves and displays clean and presentable
• Assist in deliveries when needed
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options
• Comply with inventory controls and procedures
• Suggest improvements to drive sales
