Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to assist customers in Laurens, SC, answer questions about products, tint and mix products to customer specifications, and help maintain product displays. Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends; schedule flexibility.
Internal Sherwin-Williams rating requirement: at least 'meets expectations'.
Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
Pull products from sales floor or warehouse.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Clean store equipment and assist in deliveries as needed.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options.
Comply with inventory control procedures.
