Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Dunn, NC is hiring a part-time Store Associate to support both retail and wholesale customers. You will help determine customer needs, demonstrate products, and ensure high standards of service and presentation in the store.

Responsibilities include assisting on the sales floor, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing paints, and helping with deliveries as needed. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Must lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales support
• Assist customers in person and by phone to identify needs and suggest products
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policy
• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Tint and mix products per customer specs
• Load/unload deliveries and assist with deliveries as needed
