Sherwin-Williams Store #3267 in Peoria, IL is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist to help customers identify needs, answer questions, and recommend paint solutions while upholding store standards.

You will handle sales transactions, assist in person and by phone, stock shelves, tint and mix products, and support deliveries as needed. A focus on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in delivery or retail preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must lift up to 50-70 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries as needed.
