Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Sherwin‑Williams internal: meets expectations rating.
• Sherwin‑Williams internal: completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to in-store and phone customers.
• Identify needs and present suitable products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and assist with deliveries.
• Tint/mix products per customer specs and stock displays.
• Ensure in-stock and presentable areas; unload trucks as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options; suggest improvements.
