OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Packaging, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will package and fulfill orders by hand or by machine. Counting parts by hand or using a scale, weighing product for accuracy and properly sealing/packing product for customers and branches will be your main responsibility. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 4100 Beechwood Dr, Greensboro, NC 27410. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
Up to 28 hours/week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Packaging customer orders by hand or machine
• Inspecting product for quality and accuracy
• Using a scale for weighing product
• Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
