Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Denton, TX is hiring part-time Maintenance staff at the 3833 Airport Rd facility. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment and fixtures in a fast-paced distribution center.

Shifts are Tue-Sat 12:00pm–6:00pm, up to 28 hours per week. The position offers the potential for a flexible schedule after onboarding and meeting performance goals. Candidates must be able to lift 25–50 lbs (up to 100 lbs), work independently or in a team, and pass a drug screen

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to drive a company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and preventative maintenance on conveyors and equipment
• Respond to work orders via a ticketing system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Comply with health, safety and sustainability rules

• Learn and perform EH&S trainings
