Job summary

Stampin’ Up!’s Kanab facility is hiring a part-time Production Support Worker. Shifts are 12:30 pm–5:30 pm, ~20 hours/week, with flexibility based on production demand. No manufacturing experience is required and on-the-job training is provided. A chance to grow into full-time roles with benefits is possible.

We value detail-oriented, reliable teammates who can handle repetitive tasks, basic math, and a structured workload. Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable with basic math (counting, adding, subtracting).
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing workloads.
• Reliable teammate who can commit to a regular part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package stamp sets with accuracy and care, at a steady pace meeting production goals.
• Add inserts and printed materials per packaging standards.
• Complete post-production cleanup and general production reset tasks.
• Rotate to similar assembly, stocking, or packaging tasks.
• Perform production support duties across multiple areas, including housekeeping and stocking.
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Follow clear instructions from leads and supervisors and collaborate with team to meet goals.
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized.
