Job summary

Printpack is seeking a Part-Time Manufacturing Trainee to provide flexible production support across Plate, Press, Lamination and other areas. 6-hour shifts (4pm–10pm) with a $2.50/hr premium for night hours. No prior manufacturing experience required, training provided, potential for full-time opportunities as business needs arise.

Authorized to work in the United States and able to work a flexible schedule. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• No prior manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations across multiple departments as needed.
• Assist with machine setup, operation, changeovers and packaging.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Record production data and maintain documentation.
