Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to residents at the Lafayette Center in Franconia, NH. The role offers a no weekends policy, 20–30 hours per week, with a base pay of 56–64 USD per hour plus incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing (Older Adult and/or Family NP preferred).
• Licensed as a registered nurse and certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
• PA applicants must be from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; active state licensure and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to deliver high-quality care.
