• Cash handling experience.
• Understanding of alcohol classifications, glassware, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and liquor serving tools.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers following Company and health department standards.
• Maintain bar stock and prevent overages/shortages; assist with beverage preparation.
• Process transactions using the POS system and handle cash variances.
• Uphold health and safety standards and ensure a clean, compliant bar area.
