Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Must communicate effectively.
• Must obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, glassware, pricing and garnishes.

Responsibilities

• Serves drinks to Guests in compliance with Company and health department standards.
• Processes transactions in compliance with Company procedures and knows cocktails and prices.
• Performs side work and retrieves glasses and other duties as needed.
