Santa Fe Station's Oyster Bar is seeking a part-time host to welcome guests, assist bartenders, and support service in a fast-paced Las Vegas outlet.

The role involves beverage preparation, bar service, and adherence to health and safety standards, with cash handling and POS responsibilities. This position requires 21+ and gaming registrations as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must communicate effectively in a guest-facing role.
• Must obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with policies.
• Process transactions using the POS system and manage cash variances.
• Keep the bar stocked and maintain health standards and safety.
• Assist with food service duties and ensure high guest service levels.

Description:

Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers incompliance with all Company and health department standards andpolicies. Duties include food service, extensive beverage preparation,Wildcard signups with a high Guest Service emphasis for the assignedoutlet while maintaining proper health standards and a safe workenvironment. Responsible for processing transactions using the Company'sP.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Ensure that thebar remains stocked, with no product overages or shortages.

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement is 21. Must be able to communicateeffectively. Must be able to obtain all required work cards and GamingRegistration. Knowledge of wines and spirits. Must have cash handlingexperience. Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses,brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda,juice and liquor guns.
