Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed) for Overnight shifts in Austin, TX. You will patrol, monitor access, and deliver customer service to employees and visitors at a technology manufacturing site.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check is required by law.
A drug screen may be required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology manufacturing location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports and shift communications.
