Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Duluth, MN is seeking an Evening Resident Assistant (RA) to provide compassionate care to residents and support daily living activities. The role includes assisting with toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and dementia care, in a home-like setting.

Flexible full-time or part-time shifts, no mandated extra shifts, and opportunities for CNA certification reimbursement. A DHS background study is required and applicants must be 18+.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $19.50/hour based on experience, includes shift differential. Wages are higher if you are a CNA.
