Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time awake overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our adult foster care home in Mora, MN. You will support adults with disabilities and mental illness in daily living activities and community involvement in a person-centered setting.

No prior experience or certifications are required to start in this rewarding field; the role offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities to grow within RSI.

Qualifications

• Must pass a post-offer background check
• Valid driver's license and be able to pass an MVR check if working days or evenings

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day tasks based on resident needs and goals
• Duties may include medication administration, household duties, behavioral support, personal hygiene, and medical cares
• Engage residents in community activities such as shopping, concerts, meals, movies, and recreation
• Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a person-centered culture
• Work 4–8 hour shifts; schedule includes evenings and every other weekend
