Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) in Princeton, MN is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults living with disabilities and mental illness in our foster care home. You will help with daily tasks, provide compassionate care, and participate in person-centered supports; no prior experience required.

Typical shift is 2:00pm–10:00pm every other weekend. We offer health and dental insurance for full-time, a 403(b) plan with employer matching, PTO, paid training, and more.
