Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active Maryland licensure (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCADC) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years providing therapy to SUD & co-occurring disorders.
• Experience facilitating group therapy; IOP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive intake assessments and referrals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for SUD & co-occurring disorders.
• Facilitate intensive outpatient group sessions and DUI/DWI education groups.
• Develop person-centered care plans with SMART goals aligned with COMAR.
• Maintain caseload up to 15 patients and ensure timely documentation.
