Hope's Destiny in Horsham, PA is seeking a Part-time Group Facilitator/Clinician for the Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program. The role involves leading therapeutic group sessions for individuals with co-occurring SUD and mental health disorders, and collaborating with the clinical team to support recovery and wellness.

This per diem position offers growth into a full-time clinician role with evening or weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field with practicum in health or human services.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals with SUD and co-occurring mental health disorders in outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based modalities and client-centered approaches.

Responsabilités

• Lead therapeutic group sessions for clients with co-occurring SUD and mental health disorders.
• Monitor group dynamics and adjust interventions to client needs.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-informed care.
• Deliver psychoeducational groups on substance abuse, relapse prevention, and coping skills.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in supervision and meetings.
