Ellie Mental Health in Longmont, CO is seeking a licensed outpatient mental health therapist for a part-time role serving 10–20 clients weekly with flexible scheduling and supportive teamwork. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field
• Candidates must be licensed or on track for licensure in Colorado
• Experience with treatment planning and clinical notes preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Background check required
• Ability to work with diverse client base
• Telehealth availability a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
• Provide client-centered therapy and collaborate with a team
• Develop and implement intervention strategies
• Complete session documentation per guidelines
• Coordinate services with families, schools, and other staff
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture
• Telehealth as clinically indicated
