Ellie Mental Health in Colorado is seeking a licensed outpatient bilingual mental health therapist for a part-time role, seeing 10–20 clients weekly. Hours are flexible with in-person work at Longmont, CO and telehealth options where clinically indicated.

The position involves evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with case managers, families, and school staff. We offer competitive pay, a signing bonus, and supportive, centralized services to focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences and on track to licensure.
• Colorado licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPCC) or similar active status.
• Experience with treatment plans, clinical notes, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school staff as needed.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
