Ellie Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time) in Longmont, CO. This role supports clients weekly, with a flexible schedule between 10 and 20 sessions, and options for telehealth where clinically indicated.

You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on authentic, compassionate care and collaborative treatment planning, supported by centralized administrative services and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences and on track to licensure
• Colorado state license in LMFT/LPC/LCSW/LPCC or equivalent
• Knowledge of therapy services, resources, insurance billing, and documentation
• Experience completing treatment plans and case notes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Timely submission of client documentation
• Diversity-sensitive and culturally competent
• Valant EHR and Office 365 experience
• Background check required
• Licensed clinicians credentialed with insurance panels a plus
• Bilingual clinicians a plus
• Evenings/weekends availability a plus

Aufgaben

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create and implement a treatment plan.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to a thriving, supportive team culture.
• Other duties as requested and meaningful to the role.

Kenntnisse

Master's degree in behavioral sciences
