Wellstar Spalding Out-Patient Rehab Center is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to assess, plan and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility and reduce pain. Compliance with regulatory standards and cost-conscious, patient-focused care are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master or Bachelor of Physical Therapy required.
• PT license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to work part-time and collaborate with rehab team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Assess patients and adjust plans with input from patients/families.
• Document evaluations and progress per guidelines.
• Educate patients and families; provide discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and Wellstar policies.
