Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist at the Spalding Out-Patient Rehab Center. The role focuses on assessing mobility, planning rehab programs, and delivering cost-conscious, quality-focused care to improve patients’ function and comfort.

You will document evaluations and treatment plans, educate patients and families, coordinate discharge and referrals, and work with a multidisciplinary team to uphold Wellstar’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• PT license and BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and plan rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and function.
• Document evaluations and plans of care per departmental guidelines.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care and ensure compliance with standards.
