Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
• Licenses: Valid PT license and BLS certification required upon hire.
• Skills: Strong communication, customer service focus, team-oriented, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and input from patients and families.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
• Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and educational activities per departmental guidelines.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, mandatory training, and orientation activities.
• Ensure safe use of materials and equipment, observe infection control protocols.
