Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's preferred.
• Certification: NBCOT certification and Ohio state licensure required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in occupational therapy; supervising experience none.
• Industry: Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess and treat patients with physical, educational, or psychosocial disabilities.
• Communicate with patients, families, and team members.
• Document and educate patients and families.
• Supervise COTA/L, volunteers, or students per OT regulations.
• Other duties as required.
