Responsibilities

• Evaluates, assesses and treats patients with physical, educational, or psychosocial disabilities.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members as needed.
• Performs documentation and patient/family education.
• Supervises COTA/L, volunteers, or students per OT regulations.
• Other duties as required.
