Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral)required.
• NBCOT certification and Ohio state licensure required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Supervising of COTA/L, volunteers, or students per OT regulations unnecessary.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess and treat patients with physical, educational, or psychosocial disabilities.
• Communicate effectively with patient, family members, and team members.
• Complete documentation and provide patient/family education per division protocols.
• Supervise COTA/L, volunteers, or students per OT regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.
