Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Loveland, CO is seeking a part-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join a compassionate, values-driven team. You’ll see 15–20 clients per week with flexible scheduling and strong administrative support to focus on client care.

The role requires a master's degree, Colorado licensure track or active license, and experience with treatment planning, documentation, and telehealth as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field; pursuing CO licensure.
• Current Colorado licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) or pursuing licensure track and registered with DORA.
• Ideal candidates will have knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and documentation experience.
• Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation according to policy.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to a thriving team culture.
