You will answer a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, greet clients, and perform clerical duties in a compassionate, professional manner.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School education (diploma) or GED.
• CNA or MA preferred but not mandatory.
• Two years of related experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Telephone skills and knowledge of privacy laws.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and maintaining the confidentiality of protected health information.
• Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus with differential pay.
